I really got great value for my money at this hostel. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the location couldn't have been better. The staff at Downtown Backpackers were friendly and treated me like a VIP.
The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better would be to have more variety.

The location of the hostel was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling markets. Our room was clean and the showers had good water pressure. Clean, comfortable and perfect location! The hostel provided one of the nicest stays I've had in Southeast Asia. The staff was incredibly helpful, available 24 hours a day. The beds and towels were changed daily, ensuring a clean and comfortable experience. The made-to-order breakfast each morning was a great bonus and all for a very affordable price. The hostel's key location, right next to the main walking street, made exploring the town incredibly convenient. If you want a budget-friendly stay without compromising on comfort and cleanliness, this place is for you!
Just a minor issue, but sometimes the common area outside the dorm room could get a bit noisy if there were groups of people talking late into the night. while the hostel itself was clean, some of the guests were not considerate of others.

The breakfast provided was really good and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hostel was perfect as it was right next to the morning market and close to the night market as well. This made it convenient for me to explore and indulge in the local culture. Additionally, the staff at the hostel were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The rooms were quite small and cramped, especially considering there were 8 people staying in them. It would have been better if the rooms were more spacious to provide a comfortable stay.
